1. Character Limit Expansion in Care Plan Tab in CCM & PCM:
We have increased the character limit to 3,000 characters in the following sections of the Care Plan tab across all care:
·
Updates on Medications:
· Updates on Patient History:
2. PatchRX Integration for RTM Medication Adherence:
To support better medication adherence tracking in the RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring) program, we’ve implemented the following updates:
· PatchRX Integration: PatchRX is now integrated into the system as the primary solution for medication adherence monitoring. This enables streamlined tracking, reporting, and remote management of patient medication behaviour.
· New MedRx Device Dropdown: A new dropdown option labelled “MedRx” is available under the Devices section in the Add/Edit Patient screen.
· This enables care teams to:
o Assign PatchRX Caps to medications by entering the sensor serial number associated with each cap.
o Capture and associate PatchRX Cellular Gateways to ensure smooth and continuous transmission of adherence data.
· These inputs are required during patient configuration or when editing existing profiles for effective device mapping.
3. User-Level Permission to Enable/Disable Data Download
To enhance security and ensure better control over Protected Health Information (PHI), a new user-level setting has been introduced to manage data download access across the system.
Scope of Download Restrictions: Download permissions now apply to all areas where PHI or sensitive data can be exported:
· Boarding Module – Excel exports
· Billing Sheets – CSV/PDF exports
· Patient PDFs – Clinical summaries and documentation
· Other Data Exports – Any PHI-containing downloadable files
· Admins
o This user type can download any data by default.
o Can enable/disable download access for any other users.
· Non-Admins
o
New users: Download access is disabled by default
o Existing users: Download access is enabled by default; Admins can verify or change this via the Manage Users > Edit User screen
