1. Updated "All" Tab in Patient List Screen

We have introduced a new “All” tab within the Patient List screen, offering a unified and comprehensive view of all patients in the portal. This enhancement streamlines patient management by centralizing key data points and improving navigation from all the programs.

· Total Time

· Last Activity Date

· Last Call Date

· Appointment Status

· Action Icon for editing patient details

New Functionality Includes:

· Search by patient name, phone number, MRN, or serial number.

2. Enhanced “My Clinical Time” Tab on All Dashboard


The “My Clinical Time” section has been enhanced to give users clear, actionable insights into their clinical time contribution across all practices. This feature helps track both daily and monthly productivity briefly, with intuitive visual cues and detailed breakdowns.

Key Highlights:

1. Daily Clinical Time Display: Under the label “My Clinical Time (Today)”, users can now see:

· Time spent today (in hours) prominently displayed.

· Productivity indicator bar color-coded by thresholds:

o 🟢 Green: 6 – 8 hours (target range)

o 🟠 Amber: 4 – 6 hours

o 🔴 Red: Less than 4 hours

Each segment of the clinical time bar corresponds to time spent on specific programs (e.g., RPM, RTM), allowing users to instantly assess how their time is distributed.

2. Monthly Time Breakdown

Clicking on the Total Time opens a detailed pop-up that shows:

· A color-coded donut chart displaying program-wise contributions.

· Dropdown filters allow viewing by specific practices and date ranges.

3. Alert Sorting Enabled in Patient Listing


We have introduced the ability to sort patient alerts directly in the Patient Listing view, making it easier for users to prioritize and act based on alert activity.

Key Functionality:

· Sortable Alert Column: Users can click the "Alerts" column header to sort by:

o Descending: Maximum to Lowest alert count

o Ascending: Lowest to Maximum alert count

· Historical View Support: This sorting feature is also available when viewing alerts from the previous month, ensuring consistent functionality across date ranges.

· Quickly identify patients with the highest alert activity

· Streamline follow-up actions.

· Improved visibility into patient needs and care gaps


4. New RTM Parameters as Single-Select Questions


We have enhanced the RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring) section by introducing three new clinical parameters as single-select questions, designed to capture patient responses more effectively with intuitive color-coded options.

New RTM Questions Added:

1) Blood Glucose Adherence

Cross-Platform Support: These questions are functional across both the web application and RTM SMS workflows for consistent patient engagement.

5. User-Level Permission for Data Download Access

We have introduced a user-level permission control to manage data download access across the system. This update enhances data security and offers granular administrative control over who can export information that includes Protected Health Information (PHI).

This setting is managed via the Manage Users section, accessible from the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

The User list will appear, where you can click on + icon on the top add the User or to edit the existing user click on the pencil icon under the actions.

In this section, each user (except Admins) has a toggle button that allows Admins to enable or disable data download access.

Note: All existing users have this toggle enabled by default. Admins do not have this toggle, as they have unrestricted download access by default.

1️. Default Access for Existing Users

· Data download access is enabled by default for all current users, regardless of role.

· Admins may review and modify this setting for each user at any time.

2️. Admin Control

· Admins have full, unrestricted access to download data.

· Admins can grant or revoke download rights for individual users through the Manage Users section.

· Admins do not see the toggle option for themselves, as their access is always enabled.

3️. Role-Based Download Restriction (For New Users)

· New non-admin users will have download access disabled by default.

· Admins must explicitly enable download permissions for new users, as needed.

· Strengthens data security and PHI protection.

· Enables flexible, role-based permission control.

· Enhances accountability with complete audit trails.
