1. New: Billing Code Toggle for Time Log Entries (CCM, PCM, APCM)

Overview
A new control feature in the Time Log section of the Patient Details screen allows users to manually enable or disable billing code generation for individual time entries in CCM, PCM, and APCM programs.

Available upon request. Contact your Account Manager to enable this feature.

Key Enhancements:

· Billing Code Toggle Button
A new toggle at the top of the Time Log enables bulk control of billing eligibility across entries.

· Visual Indicators
Disabled entries are marked as excluded from billing; enabled ones show applicable codes based on monthly accrued time.

· Billing Report Update
A new “Billing Code Enabled” column appears in reports, showing "Yes" or "No" for each entry.

2. Enable/Disable Interactive Communication for RPM/RTM Patients:

Overview
Interactive Communication (IC) logging can now be enabled or disabled per patient in RPM and RTM programs.

Key Features:

· Control from Dashboard & Notes Section
IC logging can be toggled from the Dashboard view or Notes section within Patient Details.

· Billing Implications

·

Enabled: IC time contributes to billing eligibility.

·

Disabled: IC time is excluded from billing calculations


3. Update: Billing Code Logic for Future Monitoring Start Dates

Overview:
Billing logic now accounts for clinical time logged before a patient’s monitoring start date.

Key Highlights:

· Time Logging Pre-Start Date

Clinical activities logged before official monitoring begins are now accepted and recorded.

· Included in Staff Productivity Reports

Time contributes to internal staff productivity metrics.

· Billing Exclusion

Billing remains disabled until the patient’s official monitoring period begins.


4. Update: Extended Manual Time Entry Limit

Overview:
Users can now manually log up to 60 minutes per entry across all care management programs.


Key Update:

· Previous limit: 30 minutes

· New limit: 60 minutes per single manual entry

5. New: User Status Filter in Manage Users

Overview
A filter has been added to the Manage Users section to easily segment users by status.

Enhancement

Filter users by Active or Deactivated status for easier admin management.

6. New: QMB Classification for APCM Patients in Reports and PDFs

Overview:
Support added for Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) classification in APCM billing.

Key Features:

· QMB Column in Billing Report

Shows “Yes” if the QMB checkbox is selected in the patient’s Insurance section.

· PDF Enhancement

QMB classification now appears under Patient Details in downloaded reports.


7. Billing Report Enhancements (All Programs)

Overview:

System-wide improvements have been made to the Billing Report for accuracy and usability.

Key Enhancements:

· Dynamic Program Logic

Only actively enrolled programs are displayed per patient

· Updated "Last Care Plan Update" Logic (CCM)
The date now reflects the last day of the billing month.

· UI/UX Improvements

o "Patient Visit" tab opens expanded by default.

o “First Name” column styled in bold for visibility.

· New Patient Contact Fields

o Added: Email ID and Landline Number

o Updated: “Phone” renamed to “Mobile Number”

8. New: Send Video Call Links via Email

Overview:
Patients now receive video call links via both SMS and Email to improve accessibility.

Key Enhancements:

· Dual Delivery
Patients without the HealthArc app will receive links through both channels.

· Improved Accessibility
This change enables patients to easily join video calls from their desktop/laptop, addressing limitations of opening links on mobile-only SMS.


9. RTM: MedRx Medication Adherence Device Integration

Overview:

HealthArc now supports the MedRx device for improved medication adherence monitoring in RTM.

Overview:
PatchRX, a healthcare technology solution for remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM), has been integrated into the system to enhance medication adherence tracking. This integration replaces any previous dependency on MedSense, which is no longer part of the RTM workflow.

Key Enhancements:

· MedRx Integration: We have one more device which is now fully integrated with our RTM module to support more effective monitoring of medication usage and adherence.

· New “MedRx” Device Dropdown: Under Medication Adherence A new option labelled “MedRx” has been added under the Devices section of the Add/Edit Patient screen.

  • This allows assignment of Caps by entering the sensor serial number.

  • The system will also support configuration of Cellular Gateways to ensure seamless data transmission.
