Where to Find It:

Go to Reports → Clinical Reports to access the enhanced reporting capabilities.

3. Practice-Level Configuration for Dashboard Notes Display

HealthArc has introduced a new practice-level configuration that allows practices to control which patient notes are displayed on the Patient Dashboard. This enhancement provides flexibility to align the Dashboard with each practice’s preferred clinical workflow.

What’s New?

Practices can now choose between two note display options on Dashboard:

  • Pinned Notes: Displays the patient’s pinned notes on the Dashboard, making important or ongoing clinical information easily accessible.

  • Latest Notes: Displays the patient’s most recently created or updated note, helping care teams quickly review the latest patient activity and updates.

The selected configuration applies at the practice level, ensuring that all users within the practice see notes according to the same workflow.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Functional Settings.

  2. Locate Dashboard Notes Display.

  3. Select the preferred option:

    • Pinned Notes

    • Latest Notes

The selected preference is applied to the Patient Dashboard for users within that practice.

  4. If there is no pinned note for a patient, the latest note will be displayed on the dashboard for that patient even if the setting is for Pinned notes.

Example

If Pinned Notes is selected:
A practice that relies on important ongoing clinical information can keep key patient notes pinned and readily visible on the Dashboard. If a patient does not have a pinned note, no note will be displayed for that patient.

If Latest Notes is selected:
A practice that prioritizes recent patient activity can display the most recently created or updated note for quick review.

If a patient does not have a pinned note, the latest available note will be displayed instead.

Benefits

  • Flexible workflows: Practices can configure the Dashboard based on their operational preferences.

  • Consistent experience: The selected preference applies across users within the practice.

  • Improved clinical visibility: Helps teams quickly access the information most relevant to their workflow.

  • Reduced manual effort: Staff can access important or recent notes directly from the Dashboard without changing individual user settings.

  • Better patient context: Supports both long-term clinical context and recent patient activity, depending on the practice’s preference.

Where to Find It

Go to Practice Functional Settings → Dashboard Notes Display and select Pinned Notes or Latest Notes.

Please Note: This is a practice-level configuration, so the selected preference will apply to users across that practice rather than being configured individually.

4. Configurable Weight Alert Settings

To provide greater flexibility in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, we are introducing configurable weight alert settings at both the Practice and Patient levels. This enhancement allows organizations to independently manage weight alert preferences based on their operational and clinical requirements.

What's New

The following weight alert settings can now be configured independently:

  • Normal Weight Change Alert- Enable or disable alerts related to weight change thresholds.

  • Delta Weight Change Alert- Enable or disable alerts related to sudden or significant weight changes.

Configuration:

Practice-Level Configuration - Configure alert settings across the

organization through RPM Setup.

Patient-Level Configuration - Override or manage alert settings for individual patients as needed.

Where to Find It:

Location: Settings> RPM Settings- Configure weight alert settings at the practice level.
Add/Edit Patient- Configure weight alert settings for individual patients.
