1. Note Audit Tracking Enhancements

To improve documentation transparency and provide greater visibility into note updates, we will introduce Modified By and Timestamp tracking for patient notes. These enhancements help care teams easily identify who last updated a note and when the modification was made, supporting improved accountability and audit readiness.

What's New

By hovering over the Edit note icon, the portal displays the name of the user who most recently modified the note. Timestamp also displays the date and time when the note was last updated.

Where You'll Find It

Location : Patient Chart -> Notes

Description: Whenever an existing note is edited and saved, the system automatically updates and displays the Modified By and Edit Timestamp information.

Workflow

  • Open a patient's chart and navigate to Notes.

  • Select an existing note and click Edit.

  • Update the note as needed.

  • Save the note.

  • The system automatically records the user who made the change and the date/time of the update.

2. Insurance Management Enhancements

To streamline insurance selection and improve the overall user experience, we are introducing enhancements to the insurance management workflow. These updates make it easier for users to locate and select insurance plans efficiently, reducing manual effort and improving productivity.


What's New

The following enhancements are now available:

  • Insurance plans are now displayed in alphabetical order when editing insurance details, making plan selection faster and more intuitive.

  • The Insurance Search functionality has been improved to help users quickly locate and select the appropriate insurance plan without excessive scrolling.

Where You'll Find It

Location: Patient Profile > Insurance > Edit

Description: Insurance plans are displayed alphabetically, and the enhanced search functionality enables users to quickly find and select the desired insurance plan.

Workflow

  • Open a patient's profile and navigate to the Insurance section.

  • Or go to Edit Patient option,

  • Browse the alphabetically sorted list or use the enhanced search field.

  • Select the appropriate insurance plan.

  • Save your changes.

3. Care Plan 2.0 Enhancements

To improve care plan management, documentation accuracy, and user efficiency, we are introducing several enhancements across Medications, Allergies, Family & Social History, Substance Use, Vitals Monitoring, and Care Plan workflows. These updates provide greater flexibility, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and enhance the overall care plan experience.

What's New

The following enhancements are now available within Care Plans:

  • Medication Quantity and PRN Support – Added Quantity and As Needed (PRN) fields within the Medications section.

  • Allergy Categories – Allergy records now support category-based organization. Available categories include Medication, Food, Environment, and Biologic.

  • Multiple Family & Caregiver Records – Users can now add multiple Family and Caregiver entries under the Family and Social History tab.

  • Substance Use Correction – The issue causing Marijuana to be automatically selected when editing the Over the Counter option has been resolved.

  • Bulk Medication Upload – Users can now upload medications in bulk using a CSV file.

· Optional Allergy Onset Date – The Onset Date field is no longer mandatory when recording allergies.

  • Auto Save Functionality – Care Plan information entered during the current session is automatically saved, reducing the risk of data loss.

  • Vitals Monitoring UI Update – The green tick icon has been replaced with a + icon for a more consistent user experience.

  • Care Plan Comparison – Users can now compare the current care plan with a previously completed care plan.

Location: Patient Chart > Care Plan

Description: Access enhancements related to medications, allergies, family and caregiver information, substance use, vitals monitoring, auto-save functionality, and care plan comparison.

Workflow

  • Open a patient's Care Plan.

  • Navigate to the relevant section such as Medications, Allergies, Family and Social History, Substance Use, or Vitals Monitoring.

  • Create, edit, upload, or review information using the enhanced functionality.

  • Use the Care Plan Comparison option to compare the current care plan with a previously completed care plan when needed.

  • Continue documentation with confidence knowing that changes are automatically saved during the active session.

4. Configurable Weight Alert Settings

To provide greater flexibility in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, we are introducing configurable weight alert settings at both the Practice and Patient levels. This enhancement allows organizations to independently manage weight alert preferences based on their operational and clinical requirements.


What's New

The following weight alert settings can now be configured independently:

  • Normal Weight Change Alert- Enable or disable alerts related to weight change thresholds.

  • Delta Weight Change Alert- Enable or disable alerts related to sudden or significant weight changes.

Configuration:

Practice-Level Configuration - Configure alert settings across the

organization through RPM Setup.

Patient-Level Configuration - Override or manage alert settings for individual patients as needed.


Where You'll Find It


Location: Settings> RPM Settings- Configure weight alert settings at the practice level.
Add/Edit Patient- Configure weight alert settings for individual patients.


Workflow

  • Navigate to RPM Settings or Add/Edit Patient.

  • Locate the Weight Alert Settings section.

  • Enable or disable Normal Weight Change alerts as needed.

  • Enable or disable Delta Weight Change alerts as needed.

  • Save the configuration.
