  1. Enhanced Analytics in the “ALL” Dashboard

We have enhanced the “ALL” Dashboard to provide more complete visibility into time tracking and care plan activity, helping teams better monitor performance and identify operational gaps.

What’s new:

Improved Time Tracking Analytics

  • Patients with more than 10 minutes of logged time are also included in the time tracking breakdown, regardless of IC (Interactive Communication) status.

  • Optional segmentation/filtering is available to distinguish between IC-enabled and non-IC patients.

Monthly Care Plan Visibility

  • Added visibility into Pending and Completed Monthly Care Plans directly within the ALL Dashboard.

  • Care plan metrics are available through the operational analytics section for easier tracking and follow-up.

Why this matters:
These enhancements provide a more accurate view of patient engagement, improve visibility into care plan completion, and help teams proactively manage workloads and compliance requirements.

2. Patient Outreach Filter Optimization & Bulk Upload Tagging:

We have introduced enhancements to the Patient Outreach module to improve filtering accuracy and streamline patient management workflows.

What’s new:

Smarter Primary Insurance Filter

  • The Primary Insurance filter now displays only insurance plans associated with patients in the Outreach module.

  • Unrelated insurance options have been removed from the dropdown for a cleaner and more relevant filtering experience.

    Tags during Bulk Upload

  • Users can now select or assign tags while performing a manual bulk upload.

  • Selected tags are automatically applied to all uploaded patients.

  • Tags remain visible in-patient records and can be used for filtering and segmentation after upload.

  • Why this matters:
These enhancements make it easier to find the right patients, improve outreach workflow efficiency, and reduce manual effort when organizing and managing patient populations.

3. Interactive Communication Filters Expanded Across Programs: Estimated Release on June 10, 2026

We have enhanced filtering capabilities to provide better visibility into Interactive Communication (IC) activity across additional care programs.

What’s changed:

  • Added Interactive Communication filters in the Dashboard for TCM, MTM

  • Added Interactive Communication filters in the Patient Listing for: APCM, BHI, MTM

Why this matters:
This enhancement makes it easier to track patient engagement, monitor communication activity, and analyze program performance across a broader range of care management programs.

4. Dynamic Search Parameters for “Autofill from EHR”- Estimated Release on June 10, 2026

We have enhanced the Autofill from EHR feature to dynamically display only the patient search parameters supported by the selected EHR integration.

What’s changed:

  • Search fields are now tailored to the capabilities of the connected EHR

  • Unsupported search parameters are automatically hidden from the user interface

  • API requests are validated to ensure only supported search criteria are sent to the EHR

Example:

  • Athena: First Name, Last Name, MRN

  • eClinicalWorks (eCW): First Name, Last Name only (MRN will not be displayed)

Why this matters:
This enhancement improves user experience, eliminates non-functional search options, reduces failed search attempts, and provides a scalable framework for supporting future EHR integrations with varying API capabilities.

Where it applies:
Edit Patient → Autofill from EHR
