1. Improved SMS Reminder Timing for RPM- Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have updated the logic for RPM SMS reminders to ensure patients receive notifications at the right time.

What’s changed:

  • SMS reminder to take the reading will now start only after the device is delivered

  • Reminders will trigger only if no readings are received for 48 hours after delivery

  • Prevents reminders from being sent before the patient has the device

Why this matters:
This update improves patient experience, avoids confusion, and ensures reminders are timely and relevant.

2. Enhancements to Appointments Module: Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have introduced several improvements to make scheduling faster, clearer, and more accurate, especially for users working across different time zones.

What’s new:

  • Weekly Calendar View – Easily view and manage appointments across the week

  • Quick Scheduling – Double-click on any time slot to instantly create an appointment

  • Pre-filled Appointment Pop-up – Selected date and time are automatically filled in

  • Time Zone Visibility – Time zone is now clearly displayed across calendar, list, and scheduling screens

What’s coming next:

  • Care coach availability view with dynamic 30-minute time slots (as part of upcoming automation)

Why this matters:
These enhancements improve scheduling efficiency, reduce time zone-related errors, and create a more intuitive, calendar-like experience.

3. ‘Assigned To’ Filter in Enrollments (Interested Tab): Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have added a new “Assigned To” filter in the Interested tab to make it easier to track and manage patient assignments.

What’s new:

  • Filter patients by assigned user(s)

  • Supports single or multi-select from active users

  • Patient list updates dynamically based on selection

  • Default view continues to show all Interested patients

Why this matters:
This update improves visibility into workload distribution and helps teams quickly identify and manage assigned patients without opening individual records.

4. Identify Unsynced Insurance Data for Athena Practices using Claims module- Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have introduced new visibility to help identify active EHR patients with missing or unsynced insurance data in Athena-enabled practices.

5. Alerts in SMS now Displayed in respective Time zones - Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have updated the SMS Alerts to display timestamps in respective timezones according to practice settings instead of GMT.

What’s changed:

  • All alert timestamps in SMS are now shown in respective time zones

  • Eliminates the need for manual time conversion

Why this matters:
This update improves clarity and ensures alerts are interpreted accurately by care teams, reducing the risk of timing-related confusion.

6. Retention of Monitoring Data for RPM & RTM - Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have enhanced the RPM and RTM modules to ensure no loss of patient vital data or response counts when monitoring parameters are changed mid-month or if any program has been deactivated for the patient.

What’s changed:

  • Historical data is now preserved even if a monitoring parameter is removed or replaced

  • Response counts are retained and no longer reset due to parameter changes

  • New parameters begin tracking responses from their activation date

  • Inactive parameters remain visible and clearly marked for reference

Why this matters:
This update ensures accurate reporting, protects clinical data integrity, and supports compliant billing by maintaining continuity across mid-month changes.

7. Manual Patient Readings Entry for RTM- Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have introduced the ability to manually enter patient readings for RTM programs, supporting patients who are unable to use mobile apps or SMS.

What’s included:

  • Manual entry option within the RTM module for authorized users

  • Staff can add readings on behalf of patients (e.g., nursing home or elderly patients)

  • All entries are tagged as manual with user and timestamp for audit tracking

  • Data is reflected in patient charts and RTM reports

Why this matters:
This feature improves accessibility, ensures continuity of care, and supports accurate documentation for patients who are not digitally enabled.

8. HIPAA-Compliant Email Enhancements for PHI - Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have enhanced our email system to ensure that all communications containing Protected Health Information (PHI) are secure and HIPAA-compliant.

Emails that include sensitive information, such as eConsent communications to patients, billing report downloads, and notifications related to errors in patient enrollment or claims submission will now be sent with secure access links that have a defined expiry period. Once the link expires, the content will no longer be accessible.

This enhancement helps strengthen data security while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards.

What’s included:

  • Confidentiality labeling – Emails with PHI are automatically marked as Confidential with a clear notice

  • Secure delivery options – Support for encrypted secure links when needed

  • Access control & audit logs – Only authorized users can access PHI emails, with full tracking of sender, recipient, and activity

  • Optional feature- This feature is completely optional and can be enabled or disabled from the PHI Settings under Functional Settings. By default, it will remain disabled.

Why this matters:
These updates strengthen data protection, reduce compliance risk, and ensure all PHI-related communications meet HIPAA standards.

9. Consistent “Last Updated Care Plan” Date Across Portal- Estimated Release on May 6, 2026

We have improved how the Care Plan last updated date is displayed across the platform.

What’s changed:

  • The system now shows the most recent care plan update date (initial or monthly)

Why this matters:
This update ensures more accurate visibility into care plan activity, helping teams track the latest patient updates with confidence.
