Patient Sentiment Scoring for Calls- Released on April 15, 2026
We have introduced AI-driven Sentiment Scoring for both Enrollment and Clinical call transcriptions to help teams better understand patient interactions.
What’s included:
Sentiment score (0–1 scale) with clear labels:
Positive (Score ≥ 0.65) [Green]
Indicates supportive, empathetic, and satisfactory patient interaction.Neutral (Score 0.40 – 0.64) [Gray]
Reflects balanced or informational conversations, with no strong emotional indicators.RED / Negative (Score ≤ 0.39) [Red]
Highlights dissatisfaction, frustration, or distress. These calls must be flagged for review or escalation.
Color-coded indicators for quick identification of patient sentiment
New filters to easily view and prioritize calls based on sentiment

This update helps teams quickly identify at-risk interactions, improve patient experience, and enhance quality monitoring and follow-ups.
2. Export Completed Assessments (Single & Bulk)- Released on April 22, 2026
You can now download completed assessments as PDFs, with support for both individual and bulk exports.
What’s included:
Download PDF option for individual assessments (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, SDOH, Pain, CCM)
Bulk export using multi-select from Assessments or Patient lists
PDFs include patient details, responses, scores (if applicable), and completion date
Role-based access to ensure secure usage

This update makes it easier to share, review, and store assessment data for clinical, compliance, and reporting needs saving time and reducing manual effort.
3. Pharmacist MTM CPT Code Support: Released on April 22, 2026
We have added support for Medication Therapy Management (MTM) CPT codes to enable accurate documentation and billing for pharmacist-led services.
What’s included:
Support for CPT codes:
99605 – Initial encounter (new patient, first 15 mins)
99606 – Initial encounter (established patient, first 15 mins)
99607 – Additional 15-minute increments
Built-in validation to ensure correct code usage (e.g., add-on codes require a base code)
Availability across billing, documentation, care plans, and reporting
Why this matters:
This update enables compliant MTM billing, improves documentation accuracy, and supports better tracking of pharmacist services.
4. AI-Powered Prep Sheet for Care Plan Calls- Released on April 22, 2026
We have introduced an AI-powered Prep Sheet to help care teams prepare smarter and faster for patient calls.
What’s included:
Pre-call summary with key patient context, conditions, and history
Suggested tasks (e.g., review records, follow-ups)
Recommended questions covering medical history, medications, allergies, and care goals
Consolidated view across programs, with option to filter by specific program
Integrated insights such as sentiment indicators and relevant patient trends
Where to find it:
Available via the “Prep Sheet” option in the Patient Details tab within the patient chart, both before and during calls.
Why this matters:
This feature reduces manual prep time, improves consistency in care conversations, and helps teams deliver more informed, patient-focused interactions.
5. Extended Glucose Range in RPM (Up to 400)- Released on April 22, 2026
We have increased the maximum supported glucose value in the RPM module from 300 to 400 to better capture and display higher readings.
What’s changed:
Glucose scale updated to support values up to 400 in Global Settings and Add Patient (RPM setup)
Charts, graphs, and dashboards now accurately display readings between 300–400
Updated validations to accept values up to 400 and prevent higher entries
Why this matters:
This update ensures more accurate monitoring and representation of patient glucose data without truncation or data loss.
