How to connect Existing Tenovi Devices to HealthArc for RPM

Steps to connect Tenovi Devices with HealthArc for RPM

Written by HealthArc Support

HealthArc supports the following Tenovi cellular devices for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM):

Important: All supported Tenovi devices must be used in conjunction with the Tenovi Gateway to transmit patient readings to the HealthArc platform.

Steps to Connect Tenovi Devices to HealthArc

Step 1: Grant HealthArc Access to Your Tenovi Portal

Provide the HealthArc implementation or support team with the appropriate access to your organization's Tenovi Device Portal. This allows HealthArc to configure the required integration settings.

Step 2: HealthArc Configures the Integration

Once access has been provided, the HealthArc team will configure the necessary webhooks within your Tenovi portal. These webhooks enable device readings to be securely transmitted from Tenovi to the HealthArc platform.

HealthArc will notify you once the integration setup has been completed.

Step 3: Assign Devices to Patients

After the integration is complete, you can assign each Tenovi device to a patient in the HealthArc Portal using the device's HWI ID.

Once assigned, patient readings will automatically flow into the HealthArc platform and can be used for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).

Notes

  • The Tenovi Gateway is required for all supported Tenovi devices.

  • Devices cannot be assigned to patients in HealthArc until the webhook configuration has been completed.

  • Ensure the correct HWI ID is assigned to each patient to ensure readings are received successfully.

  • If you require assistance during the setup process, contact your HealthArc Implementation or Support team.
