Overview

HealthArc supports a wide range of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) devices that automatically transmit patient readings to the HealthArc platform. Depending on the device, readings are transmitted using built-in cellular connectivity or Bluetooth paired with a compatible smartphone or tablet.

This article provides a reference of all supported RPM devices, organized by manufacturer, including:

How the Device Works

The HealthArc Pro Cellular Blood Pressure Monitor automatically measures blood pressure and securely transmits the results to the HealthArc platform using its built-in 4G cellular connection.

The process is simple:

  1. Place the cuff on the upper arm.

  2. Press the Start button.

  3. The cuff inflates and measures:

    • Systolic Blood Pressure

    • Diastolic Blood Pressure

    • Pulse Rate

    • IHB (Irregular Heartbeat)

  4. After the reading is completed, the device automatically sends the encrypted data through its integrated 4G cellular modem.

  5. If cellular service is temporarily unavailable, the reading is stored locally and automatically uploaded once network connectivity is restored.

The device does not require:

  • Smartphone

  • Mobile application

  • Wi-Fi connection

  • Bluetooth pairing

How the Device Works

The measurement process is fully automated:

  1. Step onto the scale. The built-in Sense On technology automatically powers on the device.

  2. Four high-precision load sensors measure the patient's body weight.

  3. The measured weight is displayed on the large LCD screen.

  4. After the patient steps off the scale, the device automatically encrypts and transmits the reading through its integrated 4G LTE cellular module.

  5. If a cellular connection is temporarily unavailable, the reading is stored securely and automatically uploaded once network connectivity is restored.

No smartphone, Bluetooth pairing, Wi-Fi connection, or mobile application is required.

How the Device Works
