HealthArc supports the following Smart Meter cellular devices for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM):
iGlucose (GM291-V)
iEssential Glucose (TELEBGM)
iPulseOx (SMC-OX)
iBloodPressure (IBP15)
iScale (SMC-LBS)
If your organization already owns any of the supported Smart Meter devices and would like to use them with the HealthArc platform, the devices must first be transferred (ported) to HealthArc.
Steps to Port Smart Meter Devices
Step 1: Contact Smart Meter Support
Send an email to [email protected] requesting that your devices be transferred to HealthArc.
In your email, include:
A list of the Device IDs or IMEIs for all devices to be transferred.
A request to transfer the devices to the HealthArc platform.
Step 2: Transfer Authorization
Smart Meter will coordinate the transfer process. This requires confirmation and agreement from both:
Your organization (the current device owner)
HealthArc
Smart Meter will complete the necessary backend steps once authorization has been received from both parties.
Step 3: Device Porting Completion
After the transfer has been approved and completed, the devices will be officially ported to the HealthArc platform.
You can then assign the devices to patients within the HealthArc Portal and begin using them for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
Notes
Only the Smart Meter device models listed above are eligible for transfer.
Ensure that the Device IDs/IMEIs provided are accurate to avoid delays.
Devices cannot be assigned to patients in HealthArc until the transfer process has been completed by Smart Meter.
