1. AI Agent 24/7 Missed Call Support – Phase 1- Estimated Release on May 20, 2026

We are introducing an AI-powered after-hours call handling system with a centralized Missed Calls Dashboard to help practices manage missed patient calls more efficiently.

What’s included:

  • AI Agent handles call outside working hours or unanswered calls after 20–30 seconds

  • Smart caller identification (matched patient or unknown caller)

  • AI-generated call summaries, issue categorization, and priority tagging

  • Centralized dashboard with call KPIs, filters, and tracking

  • Quick actions like Call Back, Follow Up, Assign to Nurse, and Resolve

Where to find it:
Patients → Conversation Centre → 24/7 missed call AI Agent

Why this matters:
This update improves after-hours patient support, reduces missed communication gaps, and provides structured documentation for better follow-up and operational visibility.

*This is an additional feature offering. Please reach out to your Account representative for further details.

2. “New Patient” Filter & Dashboard Alignment: Estimated Release on May 20, 2026

We have introduced a new “New Patient” filter within the Patient Status filter across all programs to make it easier to identify newly onboarded patients.

What’s included:

  • “New patient” status filter available across programs (CCM, RPM, BHI, etc.)

  • Displays patients onboarded within the current or selected month

  • Clicking the “New Patients” count on the Dashboard now:

    • Redirects to the Patient Listing page

    • Automatically applies the “New” filter

    • Displays only newly onboarded patients

  • Filter fully supports:

    • Search

    • Existing filters

Issue Resolved:
Previously, clicking the Dashboard “New Patients” count displayed the full patient list instead of filtered results. This behavior has now been corrected.

Why this matters:
This enhancement improves visibility into new enrollments, reduces manual tracking effort, and ensures consistency between Dashboard metrics and Patient Listings.

3. Appointment Scheduling for Draft Patients- Estimated Release on May 20, 2026

We have enhanced the scheduling workflow to allow appointments to be created for patients in Draft status, without requiring full program enrollment.

What’s changed:

  • Users can now schedule appointments for Draft patients during initial outreach or intake workflows

  • Draft patients will continue to remain excluded from billing workflows and reports until officially enrolled

  • Existing Draft patient functionality, including audio/video calls and visit initiation, remains unchanged

Why this matters:
This update gives care teams greater flexibility during onboarding, reduces premature enrollments, and helps prevent billing discrepancies caused by early activation.

If you have any questions regarding the points above, please feel free to reach out to your respective Account Manager.
