Product Updates & Release Notes
1. Timer Disabled for Non-Enrolled Patients- Released in January 2026
To prevent accidental time tracking and improve billing accuracy, the timer will no longer run for patients who are not yet enrolled in any program.
What’s changed:
Timer disabled for non-enrolled patients: The timer will not start when opening a patient chart unless the patient is consented and enrolled in an active program.
Clear on-screen guidance: Users will see a message indicating that work cannot be performed until the patient is enrolled and consented.
Automatic re-enablement: Once a patient is enrolled, the timer becomes available as usual. If a patient moves back to outreach or non-enrolled status, the timer is disabled again.
Improved billing protection: Time entries and billing logs cannot be created for non-enrolled patients.
Benefit:
This update helps teams avoid unintentional time tracking, reduces billing errors, and provides clearer guidance on when clinical work can begin.
2. Consent Warning in Patient Chart- Released in January 2026
To strengthen compliance and protect clinical workflows, we have introduced a Consent Warning in the Patient Chart.
What’s changed:
Clear consent alert: A visible red warning message appears at the top of the patient chart when patient consent has not been recorded.
Automatic removal: Once consent is captured, the warning is removed and normal chart access resumes.
Audit-ready tracking: Consent-related actions are logged with timestamps and user details to support audits and compliance reviews.
Role-based visibility: The warning is shown only to users with access to patient charts and follows existing permission rules.
Benefit:
This update helps prevent work from being started without consent, reduces compliance risk, and ensures care teams have clear, real-time guidance before proceeding.

5. Automatic Claim Grouping Restored During Upload- Released on Feb 3
We have reinstated automatic claim grouping during claim uploads to reduce manual effort and improve billing efficiency.
What’s changed:
Automatic grouping of CPT codes: CPTs belonging to the same patient encounter are now grouped automatically during upload based on patient, date of service, provider, program, and payer.
Clear grouped view: Related CPT codes appear under a single claim, with the ability to expand or collapse details.
At-a-glance claim summary: Each grouped claim displays total amount, number of CPTs, and current status (Draft, Ready to Submit, Submitted, Paid).
Manual flexibility: Users can still regroup or ungroup claims when adjustments are needed.
No impact to existing claims: Previously uploaded or submitted claims remain unchanged.
Importance:
This update eliminates time-consuming manual grouping, reduces errors, and makes it easier to review and submit complete claims with confidence.
6. Billing Disclaimer removed from Billing reports and added as a pop-up- Released on Feb 4
