Improved call handling – Reduced duplicate call triggers and better handling of edge cases (e.g., patient hang-ups, voicemail scenarios)
Refined conversation experience –
More natural language (reduced use of acronyms upfront)
Improved phrasing and reduced repetition
Better handling of pauses for smoother interactions
Clearer communication context – AI interactions are now better identified within the system for improved transparency
What’s coming next:
Additional script enhancements based on real call patterns

Why this matters:
These updates help deliver a more natural, patient-friendly experience, reduce operational errors, and improve overall efficiency in the enrollment process.

3. Update: Separate Claim Line Items for Same Code with Different DOS: Released on 18th March 2026
We have enhanced the Claims module to ensure accurate billing when the same CPT/HCPCS code is generated multiple times within a month.
What’s changed:
Each instance of the same code with a different Date of Service (DOS) is now created as a separate claim line item
Each line item reflects the correct CPT code and corresponding DOS
All entries are clearly visible in Staging Claims
Why this matters:
This update improves billing accuracy, ensures proper claim representation, and supports compliance with DOS-based billing requirements.
4. Update: Search Bar for Practice Selection- Released on 18th March 2026
We have added a search bar to make it easier to navigate when managing multiple practices within a single portal.
What’s changed:
A search option is now available for users with more than 5 practices
Quickly find and switch to the desired practice without scrolling
Why this matters:
This update improves navigation efficiency and saves time for users managing multiple practices.
