  1. Updates in the In-App and SMS modules

We are excited to announce new updates in the In-App and SMS modules to improve usability, filtering, and patient management workflows.

Common Updates (In-App & SMS)

· “All” in Program Filter

o A new “All” option has been added under the Program filter in both In-App and SMS modules.

o Users can switch between their assigned patients, and “All” based on their access levels.

· Read/Unread Filters

o A new Read/Unread filter has been added to quickly distinguish messages.

o Available in both In-App and SMS modules.

SMS Module-Specific Updates

· Filter by Users

o A new dropdown/multi-select filter “Filter by Users” is available on SMS screens.

o Displays all users/care coordinators associated with patients in the system.

o Supports multi-select to filter by multiple users at once.

o When selected, the SMS inbox dynamically updates to show only patients assigned to those users.

· Filter by Location

o A new dropdown filter “Filter by Location” has been added.

o Enables filtering patients/messages based on the location assigned to them.

o Enhanced Usability

o A clear “Reset” / “Clear All” option is available for quick navigation back to the default state.

These updates are designed to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and deliver a more personalized user experience within the In-App and SMS modules.

2. PDF Formatting Enhancement

We have enhanced PDF generation for patient summaries and reports to ensure cleaner formatting and improved readability.

· Long text now wraps cleanly across pages.

· Section titles won’t split awkwardly.

· Tables and lists maintain proper formatting.

Result: Clearer, professional, and printer-friendly PDFs for both single and bulk exports.

3. eConsent SMS Customization

We have added flexibility to how providers communicate with patients for eConsent requests via SMS.

· Editable SMS Text – Users can now edit and save the default SMS message for eConsent requests.

· Custom Salutations – Remove or modify the default salutation to suit your practice’s style.

· Template Support – A default message template is provided, which can be customized as needed.

4. Granular Timelog for Careplans

We have enhanced the Timelog tab to provide more detailed tracking of user activities within Careplans.

· Patient Careplan Screen – Time logged when viewing a careplan (read-only).

· Current Month Careplan Update – Time logged when modifying the Monthly Review section.

· Initial Careplan Update – Time logged when modifying the Initial Careplan section.

Impact

· Timelog entries now reflect specific activity labels instead of generic entries.

· Provides better transparency for admins and supervisors.

· Improves compliance and auditing by distinguishing review vs. update activities.
