No additional action is required while the approval is being processed.

Step 6: Activate the Approved Application

After HealthArc approves the application:

  • Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will provide updates on the integration status and confirm when the setup has been completed.

Additional Requirement for Bulk Backend Applications

If your organization will be using a Bulk Backend Application for population-level data access:

  1. Create patient groups or cohorts within eCW based on your clinical requirements or selection criteria.

  2. These groups will be used to facilitate bulk data access and synchronization with the HealthArc platform.

  3. Follow the separate HealthArc-provided documentation for creating and managing patient cohorts within eCW.
