TeleRPM Blood Glucose Monitoring System – User Manual
Intended Use
Thank you for choosing the TeleRPM Blood Glucose Monitoring System!
This system is designed for easy blood glucose testing and helps you keep your glucose under control. Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.
Components:
TeleRPM Blood Glucose Meter
TeleRPM Blood Glucose Test Strips
Purpose:
Quantitatively measures glucose concentration in fresh capillary whole blood from fingertips.
For self-testing by persons with diabetes at home.
Not for neonatal use or diabetes diagnosis/screening.
Single-user only (do not share).
Principle of Operation:
Uses amperometric detection. Glucose reacts with glucose oxidase and mediator on the test strip electrode, generating a current proportional to glucose concentration.
